Learn about grain varieties, cultivation, harvesting, cleaning, storage, milling, and using grains in various forms.  The focus is finding what works in our local region and at a household and community-scale and so will give you ideas and sources to start or improve your use of local grains.  Much of this still requires re-invention to make it work so please join us to help separate the wheat from the chaff.  Suggested Donation $35-40.
