Here is a start at a map of my suppliers.  Green thumb tacks represent my grain sources that I obtain directly from a specific farm.  (I am unable to track the exact source of other grains I buy).  A milk bottle and apple icon represents all the dairy and fruit I buy.  A shopping basked represents other dry goods such as salt.  For my first year in operation, I have spent 30% of my cost of ingredients on foods grown within a 50 mile radius of the bakery.
