June 2012: I'm out of Spelt grains now and still have a lot of Red Fife left so I'm going to be doing more with that flour. I'm not sure how long the Arapahoe Wheat will last as well - perhaps just through the end of July. I'm not sure if I want to keep doing the mini-baguettes as frequently or more frequently since this might affect my ability to make the Honey Wheat. The new crop will be getting harvested and then cleaned in July, but it has to cure for a couple of months so this is the time to use up what I have stored in the cellar and make way for all the new grains. Red Fife Tortillas and Bread will now be every week. I'll also switch to scones made with Red Fife instead of Spelt. I also have quite a bit of Rye left and so will try out a Light Rye again that is a blend of Red Fife and Spelt. Previous items that I have baked, but don't currently have in the regular schedule are Spelt Pitas (made with milk and butter), Sourdough Kamut Loaf, potato bread, honey wheat and barley bread, 7-grain, buttermilk muffins, and croissants.
